The House of Yes hosts amazing queer events.
Brooklyn-located venue House of Yes recently hosted the amazingly epic performance-centric party, Haus of Yas: Best Wedding Ever on October 21. The former ice warehouse is the perfect showcase for adventurous and funky cabaret and immersive performances blended with the hippest urban party scene!
Haus of Yas, an alternative queer-centric spectacular featured an unforgettable night themed along the lines of a multi-perspective wedding party—with champagne toasts and performances all night long. But it was the organic performances across numerous party spaces that really took the cake: these included pole dancing, lap dancing, aerialists, burlesque performers, stilt-walkers, and other artists including everyday folks making out in the honeymoon suites—and all attending celebrated the unique and diverse expressions of love and sexuality that are to be found in our community. And if for some reason you’d fallen out of love, you could also get an on-the-spot annulment! The over-the-top success of Haus of Yas was followed by the House of Love party on November 4.
Both upscale and edgy, the parties are designed for those who want something a little bit different when celebrating their love. The next Haus of Yas party is scheduled for January 20 and is sure to be an even hotter party. Highly recommended by Curve’s very own party mavens!
