A deep and intimate look at of one of the most iconic folk-rock bands in America – the Indigo Girls. With so much delicious archival and intimate vérité the film dives into the songwriting and storytelling of the music that transformed a generation. I think the film is a little long and meandering, but you can’t help but cheer for these wonderful community-minded and environmentally consicous women! And of course Amy Ray and Emily Saliers are lesbians. And the film was produced by Jessica Devaney, another lesbian. I’m so happy this film got made!
