For 35 years, Curve has celebrated the stories, culture, and community of lesbians, queer women, and nonbinary people. This year, we’re celebrating that legacy with a little healthy competition and a lot of collective thirst.
Welcome to Curve’s Sexiest Lesbian Alive 2026! A playful celebration of the lesbians who never fail to make us blush. Sexy here isn’t just about looks. It’s confidence. It’s authenticity. It’s creating culture, making headlines, standing proudly in your identity, and showing up for the LGBTQ+ community.
How We Chose the Nominees
Our editorial team curated this year’s nominees using the following criteria:
- Openly identifies as a lesbian or proudly claims the lesbian identity.
- Has used their platform, work, or influence to advocate for and support the LGBTQ+ community.
- Demonstrates values of inclusion and respect for the broader LGBTQ+ community.
- Made a significant cultural impact or generated notable buzz through their work in 2026.
- Is currently living.
The result is a list of incredible lesbians who made 2026 a little hotter and a lot gayer.
Help Us Crown the Winner
We’re opening the vote to the community to decide who will officially be crowned Curve’s Sexiest Lesbian Alive 2026.
Voting Rules
- Voting will be open from August 20th through September 1, 2026.
- One vote per person, per day.
- A valid email address is required to submit your vote.
- Want to make your case? Tell us why your pick deserves the title. Your argument is completely optional, but highly encouraged. We love a little lesbian campaigning.
- Think we missed someone? You’ll also have the opportunity to suggest a write-in nominee for consideration.
About the Campaign
Created in collaboration with freelance editor and social media manager Guilliana Cubillos and The Curve Foundation team, Curve’s Sexiest Lesbian Alive 2026 is a lighthearted celebration of lesbian culture, visibility, and the people shaping our community today.
It’s our way of honoring 35 years of Curve. 35 years of stories, representation, advocacy, and unapologetic lesbian joy.
Thirty-five years of being a trusted home for lesbians, queer women, and nonbinary people.
Thirty-five years of proving our community has always been smart, resilient, hilarious… and, of course, incredibly hot.
