New video clip from La Louma depicts mourning the end of a relationship in epic Mojave Desert scenery.
Los Angeles art-rock/punk artist ex- St. Vincent collaborator La Louma, who recently released her debut album ‘Let The World Be Flooded Out’ on queer-focused Bitchwave Records.
She’s been receiving high praise for her unique blend of classical and upbeat, DIY ethos from Billboard, MTV, Out.com, She Shreds, Nike +. In her latest video, she works with esteemed director Matt Barber (The 100, Empire, Lethal Weapon). Filmed in the Mojave desert, the video stars actress Arryn Zech (RWBY, Red vs. Blue) and follows her experience mourning the end of a relationship by burying a box of real life “emotional artifacts” (all personal items belonging to Arryn, Matt and Lauren from past partners).
La Louma will be embarking on a Spring West Coast tour with Mirah, making her festival debut at Boise’s acclaimed Treefort Music Fest in March.
