Desperate housewife Eva Longoria plays a lesbian in the upcoming film Without Men. Longoria plays the mayor of a Latin American village that loses all of its men when they are recruited against their will by guerilla revolutionaries. With no men around, Longoria’s character ends up whipping the town into shape and having a make-out scene with co-star Kate del Castillo in the process. Director Gabriela Tagliavini said of the pair, “It was a little difficult as the two girls are both straight so they were very nervous and laughed a lot. But I think that just made it even lovelier. [Female audiences] don’t want to watch porn, so it was all very sensual, both are very beautiful women aside from being incredibly funny.” The film itself is a bit cringe-worthy – and what’s with the director’s assumption that women don’t want to watch porn? – but regardless, the make out scene is pretty hot.
