Annual General Meeting
Our AGM is coming up this Saturday, 24 October 2015 at 2.30pm at QuAC (30 Helen Street, Teneriffe).
We need as many members there to make sure we have quorum. It's also a great chance to reflect on the year and celebrate our achievements.
Trans kids in schools seminar
On Monday, 26 October 2015 at 6.30pm at the TLC Building (South Brisbane) we have a follow up seminar looking at the rights of trans kids in schools.
This has been a topical issue and our seminar in May this year was a huge success. I encourage everyone to come along and learn about the difficult issues in this area. One CPD point is available for lawyers!

Gayby Baby screening and fundraiser
The Service is proud to sponsor a screening of the popular Gayby Baby at Queensland Parliament on Tuesday, 27 October 2015 at 6.00pm
This is a great chance to watch an amazing film, mingle with MPs and community members and support the LGBTI Legal Service. Click here for some information on the film.
