San Francisco Eden Pride was only the beginning. Get all the details on the Eden event here!
If San Francisco Eden Pride was any indication of how Eden’s San Jose and Oakland events will be this August and September, you won’t want to miss them. If you missed Eden Pride in San Francisco this June, then you missed out on a four-day event with hundreds of sexy ladies coming together in pride to party alongside charming celesbians, such as Shelly Hickman from the Bad Girls Club, Romi Klinger and Rose Garcia from The Real L Word and recording artist, and former Danity Kane member, Dawn Richard.
Eden, hosted by Eden Pride Events, formerly Movement Productions, is dedicated to strengthening our local and global LGBT communities through infusing art into them. With the belief that art helps communities thrive, Eden Pride Events brings together artists, performers, DJs and vendors, and they do it with style and glamour.
On Thursday, Eden SF Pride opened up with a welcoming party complete with a relaxed ambiance to better serve easy conversation and one-on-one connections. Wink, wink. Followed by a fashion show, Eden revved up the energy with gorgeous women walking the runway across the dance floor, which was later filled during the after party.
Friday hosted the Eden Comedy show. Not only did it have everyone falling off their seats laughing, but there was a tangible sense of camaraderie created in a room filled with queer women whose laughter was connected by similar experiences and stories.
Whether you’re seeking a chill environment, or you want to shake your moneymaker and party like it’s 1999, Eden Pride has you covered. The Eden/HRC Brunch and the Eden meet-up at Dolores Park for the SF Dyke March can fit the more laid back ladies. If you want to party hard until the late AMs, Thursday through Sunday, there are four dance parties that will have you groovin’ with celesbians, go-go dancers and other Edenettes. And if you want to be able to go from low-key chill to partying like a rock star in zero flat, then the VIP All Access package is a must. You get VIP access to all the events, limo service to and from the host hotel, your own private areas separate from the bigger crowds, from bars to dance floors to go-go dancers and you get to hangout with the celesbians one-on-one.
We have a whole year until 2013 Eden Pride San Francisco, but you don’t have to wait that long for another Eden Pride event. The next one, The SHEDONISM Pre-Party, is this Friday, July 27 in San Francisco. Confirm to all the beautiful Bay Area women that you’re going, and join The SHEDONISM Pre-Party event on Facebook. Eden Pride hosts events year-round, and after getting a taste of SF Eden Pride, you don’t want to miss out on Fire & Ice in August, a party for women during San Jose Pride, or Fiveten, Oakland’s after-Pride Fest on September 4.
