Lauren Jauregui: “You can’t use my bisexuality against me.”

The inspiring singer speaks from the heart about sexuality and strength.

One of our favourite girl bands, Fifth Harmony, is on the cover of this month's Seventeen magazine. In the interview, Lauren opens up about feeling proud of her sexuality.

She declares:

"You can’t use the fact that I’m bisexual against me if that’s something I’m proud of. I feel motivated more than scared to share who I am because it makes me feel awesome when someone comes up to me and says that because of me she was able to find the strength to accept herself.”

It's not the first time she's spoken about her orientation. Last year, in a scathing open letter to Donald Trump, she came out as a "proud bisexual Cuban-American."

As well as singing with her squad, Lauren teamed up with Halsey for bisexual love song, Strangers.

She told Elle:

"It’s a whole space that no one’s ever really touched upon before, and I feel like representation in music is so important. And reality-wise, we’ve both been in the situation before with different people, so it’s cool to have that representation.”

Lauren, could we love you any more?
