I saw this film as a relatively new dyke, 40+ years ago. Although it’s written and directed by a man, for me at that time, it was revelatory. Respectful of lesbians, of coming out in that decade, and educational for the broader community. Sorry I can’t offer a better rating because, re focus and stereotypes, I just can’t remember. I do remember it’s almost exclusively Euro, i.e. white people.
